For professionals
List your practice in OmniFlag's Vetted Directory.
OmniFlag is subscription software for people planning a legal move out of Canada or the United Kingdom. Every step of a Member's plan tells them to have a licensed professional validate it before they act. The Vetted Directory is where they find one.
Listings open first for cross-border tax lawyers and cross-border accountants licensed in Canada or the United Kingdom. Other disciplines follow destination by destination.

What is checked
Four checks, each kept as evidence.
- 01
Good standing
Your licence is in good standing on your regulator's public register. OmniFlag keeps a dated copy of the entry.
- 02
No public discipline
No public disciplinary record in the last 5 years, on the same register.
- 03
Liability insurance
Professional liability insurance, with the certificate and its expiry date on file.
- 04
A signed listing agreement
It sets out parity, the fee terms, and when a listing ends.
There is no interview, and no judgment of the quality of anyone's work. The Directory tells Members so, in these words:
Vetted means OmniFlag checked the licence against the issuing regulator's public register on the date shown, and rechecks it before that date expires. It is not a judgement about their advice, and it is not a recommendation.
What it costs
A flat annual fee. Never a share of any engagement.
Listing fee
$1,000
A year, flat, and the same for every listing.
Founding listings
12 months free
For each of the first 5 listings, on identical terms, then the flat annual fee.
Per engagement
None
No share of what you charge, and no fee per introduction.
The fee is waived for the first 12 months of the first 5 listings, on identical, disclosed terms, then renews at the flat annual fee. It is never a share of any engagement and never a fee per introduction, and no referral payment runs in either direction. Members pay your standard rates, and you invoice them directly.
The Directory states it to Members in these words:
Listed professionals pay OmniFlag a flat annual fee for the listing, waived for the first 12 months of the first 5 listings. OmniFlag takes no share of your engagement, so you pay them what you would have paid anyway.
What a listing shows
What Members see, and what stays with OmniFlag.
The Directory sits behind sign-in. Signed-in OmniFlag Members can read it, and search engines cannot. Each Member chooses whom to contact: the fee buys presence, never placement, and OmniFlag assigns no Member to anyone. A click from a listing to your website is counted.
Shown to signed-in Members
- Your name and firm
- Your discipline: Tax law or Cross-border accounting
- The jurisdictions you are licensed in
- Your regulator, your licence reference, and the date OmniFlag checked it
- A link to your entry on the regulator's register, so a Member can repeat the check
- A link to your own website
Never shown
- Your contact email
- Your insurance certificate and its expiry date
- Your listing agreement and the date it was signed
- Whether yours is a founding listing
How listing works
Five steps, from the first email to the re-check.
- 01
Reply by email
Reply to the email that brought you here, or write to directory@omniflag.app, naming your discipline and the register your licence is on.
- 02
Receive the listing agreement
OmniFlag sends the agreement. It sets out parity, the fee terms, and when a listing ends.
- 03
Send the evidence for the four checks
Your register entry, your liability insurance certificate, and the signed agreement. The register entry also shows any public disciplinary record.
- 04
The listing is published
Once all four checks hold, the listing appears to signed-in Members, with the date of the check.
- 05
Re-checked within 12 months
A check stands for 12 months at most. The register entry and the insurance are checked again before it expires, and a lapsed licence or lapsed insurance ends the listing.
Ask to be listed
Write to directory@omniflag.app.
Say where you practise and which register your licence is on. OmniFlag replies with the listing agreement. There is no form, and no account to create.
OmniFlag is not a law firm or an accounting firm, and gives no legal, tax, or accounting advice. Listed professionals advise; OmniFlag does not. Every Member reads this beside the Directory: OmniFlag sequences; it does not advise. Anything OmniFlag cites should be validated by a licensed professional before you act on it.
